VERONA model

Annular steam tubes Deck Oven

THE ANNULAR TUBE OVEN MOD. VERONA is a fixed hearth oven. The characteristic of this oven is the heating system which is done by a dense network of closed circuit tubes in which the steam circulates. The cooking chambers are wrapped in annular tubes, while each cooking chamber is equipped with a double transverse tube.

The oven can operate with a gas or gasoil burner. On request it can be fitted with a side fireplace for possible operation with solid fuels (wood, pellet, etc.).

ALISEI model

Cyclothermic Deck Oven

THE CYCLOTHERMIC DECK OVEN        MOD. ALISEI is a stationary oven which is heated by the continuous circulation of hot air around the cooking chambers. This type of heating ensures a great flexibility of work because the oven is able to quickly recover or lose the temperature between cooking, which allows to successively cook at different temperatures.
Supply: The oven can operate with a gas or oil burner.

ARES Model

Static Deck Oven

The ARES Oven is a static deck oven

Available in a multitude of versions, from 4.3 m² to 19.4 m².

  • Combining the SPEED of charging and charging of rack ovens with the QUALITY of baking of deck ovens. They save a great deal of time and reduce management costs (reduction in charging / unloading time, only one person can load / unload all the floors at once in less than a minute).

Two types of oven charging are recommended

  • Either by multiple trolley depositing the plates on the floors

  • Or by multi-oven conveyor, depositing the products directly on the floor.

The RUSTIC Cyclo-Therm deck Oven is an oven for the artisan and industry.

  • Standard: DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL with LCD screen and LED display, 30 programs, cooking / steam timer for each room, weekly automatic start system

  • Standard: Independent STEAM GENERATORS made with anti-corrosion materials

  • Standard: tempered glass doors, opening upwards and “automatic” opening / closing mechanism when inserting the oven, shovel or integrated elevator

  • Standard: on models with 3 floors HIGHER ROOM HIGHER (250mm)

  • Standard: HOOD with extractor and manual ouras

  • Soft and uniform baking, ideal for large breads requiring a long cooking time

  • Structure in the absence of masonry which frees from a “permanent” installation

  • OPTIONS: ELECTROMECHANICAL control panel, “special” steam generators for short cooking times, double ouras, external panels in stainless steel, special hooks type France, doors in stainless steel.

  • ACCESSORIES: Electric and Automatic Multi-Loader.
